Nor Rain, Nor Sleet, Nor Snow...

...isn't that the post office motto? It's ours...at least for today! We made it to Denver...about 4 hours longer than expected and we had to stop in Lincoln Nebraska (a little over 1/2 way there) because of a heavy snow storm, vehicles were careening left and right off of the highway...we decided to call it a night and found a nice hotel. The next morning, we really decided we made the right decision as we continued on our way and saw abandoned vehicles on the shoulders and medians. We fought weather, angry drivers and the drivers side windshield fluid didn't work...which made for some interesting driving...but we are here...and I've got to help lots...my parents just returned from a several week cruise and not much is done here...I'm the decoration committee...K is the lights, clear the driveway committee...we'll get it together by the time everyone arrives tonight...for Christmas... I can't wait...so no matter where you are...have a very Merry Christmas!
