Stamptacular Sunday Challenge: Child's Play

This week the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge is CHILD's Play (make something for a child). Our sponsor this week is The Paper Makeup Stamp Company with some of their adorable stamps, be sure to check them out!

With all the school supplies going on sale around here, I couldn't resist purchasing a box of crayons! So I decided to recover a crayola box (inside AND out, I took it apart traced around it and then adhered everything back together) with one of my new images from Pink Cat Studio...the name of the set is Kiki Kitty and you get lots and lots of kitties for your $$$! I kept my design and layers simple knowing that it would get a bit of handling from a child, but thought this dressed up that simple crayon box wonderfully...I also covered my crayons...my wrappers measure 1 1/2" X 3"...computer ADDRESS LABELS also work wonderfully for this, but since I'm in the middle of packing mine are MIA somewhere...LOL, so I did the next best thing...I covered them in paper...I thought this would also work out wonderfully for a household of 2+ children who fight over the crayons (I remember doing that with my siblings..not wanting to share, but not sure which crayon was mine! LOL), this would be a great solution, with personalized crayons they would always know!

Also remember Stamptacular Sunday also is having a DT call right now, so if you are intersted be sure to see either the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge blog or scroll down to the next day's post here to see all the details!

Thanks for joining me today, below is the recipe:
