Sew What?
Sometimes our clients make me feel like Einstein! As I was braiding a horse for the local county fair for it's owner, I whipped out my nail apron (aka braiding apron) and they were all AMAZED at how useful it was! So for our clients 16th birthday, I made her one in her favorite color...PINK (a child after my own heart) and I'm just sure all other gifts will pale in comparison (wink!). Anyway, I liked this so much I plan on making one for myself...except I think I might add an ipod pocket...got to love my ipod! I also included some fun colored bands for her to use on her horse.

Getting non-sb use out of my Scrapbooking Supplies
Well, I haven't been scrapping or stamping much lately, but my scrapbook supplies have come in handy. My MIL is going to sell sweet corn by the road in town, so I made her a sign...irl it's about 4' X 8'...the letters are about 10" each. I cut them out using my cricut and design studio software and then traced them onto the sign (which took 6 coats of paint...5 cans of spray paint...talk about some dry wood!) and then painted them. Then I found some clipart of the corn and traced and painted that on as well... I figure if you were doing 50 mph you should be able to see that!
