I cut the moon using 2 circles from my Nestabilities set, I used the Largest circle in the set to cut out my moon, and then I used the next size down to give it a moon shape... I then pierced a hole at the edge and threaded my charm through that. I double pop dotted the moon off of my embossed background so that the charm could hang freely. I then stamped, colored (with Copics) and cut out my mouse (she was originally on a cottonball) and added her to my moon. I then stamped and cut out my sentiment, letting it hang over slightly on my moon, then added the lace border and organza ribbon.
